From a young age, I knew that working in and studying Hotel Management was my destiny. My personal and professional experiences have revealed that I am positive, optimistic, both a go- getter and a team player. The people I have met in this industry have inspired me to become an international entrepreneur and create my own restaurant business. In addition to a study-abroad program at UN-LasVegas, I am also self-funding my personal project – a tour of the culinary origins of BBQ in the US.Today my objective is to deepen my knowledge and experience before the big opening.
