As a Program Manager I indulge my love for details, planning and spreadsheets! Currently, I’m developing new processes and driving the integration of new tools for a prominent product management team at Cisco. Prior to my current role, I managed and implemented a wide variety of digital marketing projects for a major online retailer. Earlier in my career, I managed communications for Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Relations programs. In this role I worked closely with experts in cross-functional teams to capture and share the company’s story in responsible business and community giving. I\'m particularly proud of the 7X growth in employee volunteer hours and improved employee participation in our major annual community campaign. I have a solid foundation in marketing program implementation as I spent seven years managing collateral, coordinating events, and implementing all promotional tactics. Executing a variety of projects, while meeting deadlines and managing budgets provided an exciting experience to hone my skills. I\'m interested in a new opportunity where I can apply my strengths to build successful programs that make an impact.
