As the HR Manager at N-ERGISE, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of human resources, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent for its offshore and onshore projects. With over six years of experience in various sectors, I have a broad and deep knowledge of HR and recruitment.I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported. I manage all human resources, administration and compliance functions. I also coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and reference checks, to negotiating and issuing contracts completing the full onboarding process. I have a CIPD qualification and strong interpersonal and communication skills, which enable me to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of N-ERGISE and the industries it serves.
