Responsible and experienced in all aspects of subcontract and contract management and project control support functions. Duties including but not limited to Invoicing and financial tracking, drafting client task orders, and subcontract purchase orders, project initiation/set up and financial review. Proficient in staff planning/scheduling, work breakdown Structure (WBS) set-up and montly ETC/EAC tracking and reporting using various accounting software ie. ePM, APIC, J.D. Enterprise 1. Experienced in maintaining prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements with state clients, creation and submission of client invoices, coordination of sub-contractor safety evaluation and pre-screenings and maintaining project central files. Permitting expediting and administration. Extensive experience with proposal and report preparation, production and technical review. Involved with marketing and business development research. Field experience in storm water sampling, ADA and SAP Surveying and methane monitoring. Currently OSHA 40 hour certified. CPR and First Aid Certified.
