Investment• Prepares business plans for involved stakeholders (business owners, shareholders, investors, banks, etc.). • Assists clients to establish their own businesses, such as incorporation, share structure, business plan, getting loan and investment, acquiring real estate property, renovation projects, etc. • Helps key stakeholders (business buyers, sellers, investors) to buy, sell, or invest in businesses in Canada.*
