   As part of the SIRT for the physical stores, I developed and implemented the forensics procedures and techniques to custom hardware and firmware developed in house. Lead the Forensics team and the implementation of the automation of the runbooks for forensics on this same technologies. On 2020 was the technical lead for the full implementation of the Security Operations Center of Whole Foods Market as part of the \"2P amazon initiative\", developing the SOC from 0, working on the hiring, runbook developing, leading the toolset purchases and implementation and reporting all these projects to leadership directly. Currently I perform in depth red team engagements, software application security reviews and mentor multiple engineers on hardware and software security, exploit writing, reverse engineering and red team techniques. I\'m also in charge of hardware security assessments, including design, implementation and red team (advanced techniques) assessments.
