They needed someone who could sit with the CFO, present to the board, redesign how the business runs, and still make sure nothing breaks while all of that is happening.At DoorDash I served as de facto CIO through the company\'s $32.4B IPO, scaling enterprise technology across thousands of employees in multiple countries while building the IT engineering organization from the ground up.
