Design and Specification of associated equipment for the production of Hydrogen using Proton Exchange Membrane PEM technology. Hydrogen production capacity 47 TPD (100 MW). Pre-Feed and Engineering for a CO2 Capture, Treatment and Injection Project. Process configuration and equipment sizing of standardize modules. CO2 capacity 20 and 50 MMSCFD. Relief, Blowdown and Flare Studies for several facilities. Identification of the PSV protected system, analysis of overpressure scenarios, evaluation in HYSYS Safety Analysis tool, relief valve selection and evaluation of the PSV inlet and outlet pipe. Analysis of the flare system in Aspen Flare Analyzer. Evaluation of several Gas Processing, Fractionation and Condensate Stabilization Plants. Facilities includes gas sweetening, compression, dehydration, NGL Cryogenic extraction, Fractionation, NGL Treating, Sulfur Recovery, Stabilization. Compression Addition (Equatorial Guinea). Installation of two (2) compressors. Process modifications, Design Basis, elaboration of PFDs and P & IDs, Hazop. Compressors capacity 26 MMSCFD. Dehydration of facilities with Methanol Injection, Passive Dehydration System (Calcium / Lithium Chloride), and TEG. Capacity 100 to 300 MMSCFD. Evaluation of an existing Hydrotreating facility for the removal of sulfur from Kerosene / Diesel Mix to produce an ultra-low sulfur fuel ULSD. Capacity target 2,500 BPD. Performance of an existing DEA amine plant and evaluation of the possibility to replace the DEA by MDEA. Plan to gather field data for the review / analysis of the equipment design capacity and operational problems to be considered with MDEA. Gas sweetening for 50 MMSCFD and NGL sweetening for 2,500 BPD. Pre-FEED and FEED of an amine (DEA) facility for removal of CO2 and H2S from a Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) stream. Scope includes a treating system with a capacity for 2,500 BPD of NGL, with liquid / liquid contactor, wash water and cooling (chiller) systems for minimizing amine losses.
