Leading 4 teams: Developer Portal, Developer Experience and Configuration and Secrets Management, within the Global Developer Platform tribe. One manager in my report line.* Teams distributed across multiple time zones: Uruguay, Peru and Berlin. Being remote in different time zones is a challenge that I did overcome using different remote, written and async communication.* Cost savings reducing manual work and toil through automation, standards and increasing discoverability of applications information and their technical documentation.* The Developer Portal allows Delivery Hero developers to discover and consume information about other teams apps: docs, API specs, tier, CI status, what is deployed where, maturity/readiness score, relationship between apps, etc. The Portal also offers an Automation Template that allows developers to create new services end to end.* The Application Registry is the first source of truth regarding the catalog of Applications in Delivery Hero. It includes information like owners and tier. It exposes an API that can be used by other automations and systems, like the CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and access management.* The manager of Configuration and Secrets Management reports to me and the team build solutions that allow secrets and runtime(remote) configuration management without toil in a self service manner.
