Enrique Alvarez joined ACA in July 2007 as a Compliance Trading Analyst and now serves as a Managing Director working out of Charlotte, North Carolina. He has led or participated in over 300 client engagements that include SEC inspection responses, annual compliance reviews, mock examinations, compliance manual development, initial SEC registration, focused email and marketing reviews, fee recalculation audits, and training presentations of investment advisers (including hedge funds, private equity funds, family offices, and separate account managers). Enrique serves as ACA’s lead for the cosponsored annual Investment Management Compliance Testing Survey and has been a presenter for ACA’s webcasts and industry conferences.In addition, Enrique leads ACA’s Analyst Training Program, US Regulatory Training Program, Survey Committee, and is a member of ACA’s Energy & Infrastructure Working Group. Enrique earned his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He minored in English and Art History.
