Negotiating and managing relationships with banks, investors and SPO providers to ensure the credibility of sustainability targets (ADR was first airport worldwide to issue an SLB in 2021)- Stakeholder engagement: enhancing collaboration and initiatives with external stakeholders, including businesses and institutions- Sustainability communications: embedding sustainability into corporate culture through internal engagement strategies and educational program, overseeing external communications to enhance company positioning- Innovation in sustainability: identifying, benchmarking, and integrating cutting-edge solutions—such as IoT-driven smart waste collection in airports—by collaborating with startups and fostering technological innovation to enhance sustainability performance
