ABOUT ENRICO TRALDI

I am currently the Technical Leader in CARPEDIEM project at Bellco-Mozarc Medical (Mirandola, Italy, formerly part of Medtronic) and for the Maintenance Of Business Division, where I have been working initially as Mechanical Design Engineer and then as Team Leader for the Mechanical Discipline from June 2021. My first activities were focused on designing and testing legacy haemodialysis machines. Now, I support project managers and the discipline team leaders in the definition of the activities timelines and on how to address issues that could impact on the projects, taking data-driven decisions and considering the stakeholders\' requests. Previously, I was a Mechanical Engineer in Sarong (Reggiolo, Italy), where I designed packaging machines. My academic studies were focused on energy engineering and on industrial applications of plasmas. I love to work on new technologies and in interdisciplinary projects in R&D environments, since there is always something new to learn and realize together with people coming from different fields of knowledge. My ambition is to become the manager of an R&D department, thus becoming the principal promoter of a mindset based on a sustainable and continuous innovation in my company.
