ABOUT ENRICO MENCHETTI
I hold a Master\'s degree in Energetic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Firenze. Throughout my studies, I gained valuable technical expertise in various energy conversion and production technologies, both renewable and fossil fuels. Working on several university projects with fellow students helped me hone my teamwork skills. My university education helped me to enhance my soft skills and develop a positive attitude toward learning and exploring new subjects.I work at Baker Hughes as a Technical Trainer, teaching Control and Instrumentation topics to our internal staff. This role allows me to expand my knowledge of control and electronic topics, thus increasing my overall understanding of turbomachinery. Working as a trainer has helped me develop strong communication and presentation skills. Additionally, I have improved my leadership abilities by leading multicultural and diverse classrooms with varying levels of experience.
