My role involves leading innovation projects, implementing system improvements, and handling business-driven changes.Given that SAP HCM serves as the lead system for employee data, I collaborate closely with all related applications to ensure seamless data integration and flow. These include Totara, Q81, Sipert (payroll), Gerap, Vam Plus, IDM and Saviynt.
