ABOUT ENRICO DI PAOLO

Extensive international experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical EPC Project execution, onshore and offshore, as structural engineer and discipline coordinator; control and planning of civil engineering activities, coordination and subcontractors management for construction works.Starting in Technip in 2007, I have acquired up to now a deep knowledge and core competencies in civil onshore activities and offshore field:• Structure offshore - detailed engineering design activities at Technip France for realization of the Topside modules for an offshore production platform. Coordination of detailed design activities for structural modification of an existing Topside module at Technip Energies Italy.Field engineering activities for the Bahr Essalam Phase II development Project, offshore Libya; installation campaign between 2Q 2017 and 2Q 2018 using accommodation vessel Safe Swift connected to Sabratha Platform. Support to the construction activities including resolutions to Technical Queries and Deviation Requests; Interface with construction team on daily basis to provide technical support.• Weight Control Management - participation to a pro-active weight control study creating a database with data from previous offshore projects; implementation of technical start-up guideline for weight management within Offshore Business Unit at Technip Energies Italy.• Supervision and control of all major project phases from feasibility studies, tender document\'s preparation, cost estimation, preliminary and detailed design activities for civil works at Technip Energies Italy.In addition, I have been assigned in Greece from 2010 to 2012 to another Technip Operating center in charge of the Civil Department accountable for the management of design activities and human resources planning/coordination.Qualifications & Expertise: • Project Discipline Coordination• Knowledge of international Rules, Codes and Standards• Steel, Concrete and Foundation Structural design• Civil & Structural Material Estimation, Take-off, MR Preparation and Vendor Documentation Follow-up• Erection requisition preparation• Technical problem solving / Strong aptitude for Team Work• Multi-year experience in international contexts• Onshore-Offshore Site Surveys / Field Experience• Offshore Structural Design with SACS• OPITO approved certification for Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) & Basic H2S Training valid until 2024.
