I lead a talented cross-functional team of graphic designers, producers and photographers/videographers in the strategic development of all content aimed to support communication and marketing channels.Main duties- Manage the creation and production of creative content in line with brand image and company strategy- Build and execute advertising campaigns concept designed to support business strategies and drive engagement- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders creating insight-driven content to support corporate initiatives and product launches- Oversee production and post-production of brand and marketing collateral material, including lookbooks, newsletters, invitations, advertising layouts, e-commerce images - Ensure execution consistency of all content and programs adhering to corporate branding guidelines- Manage a portfolio of agencies and creative talents and monitor relevant creative and production partners to ensure quality output
