Principle activities (Corporate Strategic Product Industrialization Department):• Kick off and Lead the Project Team in Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control of the Project, ensuring internal and external stakeholder’s requirements are captured and properly translated into project deliverables.• Responsible for providing leadership to ensure that planning and coordination of activities are executed in a suitable manner to meet project timelines within the assigned budget.• Lead cross-functional project meetings, set agendas, publish meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.• Define with the project team the LCM and business continuity strategy, develop the plan, identify resources, and support the management in preparing and presenting the business case for approval and to finalise the necessary agreements for project start-up.• Facilitate the project governance process by developing and maintaining key project documentation, preparing presentations to support stage gate reviews by senior management, and participating in various portfolio management meetings.• Design, implement and utilize tracking tools (Microsoft Excel; MyProject) to communicate, coordinate and monitor project timelines, vendor/partner communications, and project deliverables.• Champion inclusive and collaborative approach for cross-multi-functional global teams.• Providing technical assistance: technical expertise, experience and management skills required.
