ABOUT ENOS JADLIN
I work at the intersection of bioinformatics, systems biology, computational modelling and microbial genomics. My main interest is understanding biological systems by combining data analysis and getting insights of how these biological process happens which really fascinates me alot. Moreover I don\'t restrict myself with a particular field of interest, rather I love to work in any field in bioinformatics.Most of my work so far has been self-driven research across different areas of bioinformatics. I have worked on problems ranging from host–pathogen interaction modelling in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, microbial genomics, and comparative analysis, to computational workflows involving docking, transcriptomics data exploration, and biological network analysis.My undergraduate research focused on systems-level modelling of host–pathogen interaction in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, where I reconstructed biological interaction networks and studied their topology to understand regulatory behaviour within the infection system.More recently, I have been working on genomic analysis related to a bacteria from the International Space Station, exploring microbial adaptation and genomic characteristics using computational pipelines.Alongside biological questions, I am also interested in the computational side of the field — developing algorithms, building analysis pipelines, and applying AI/ML approaches to biological datasets.My work tends to move across different domains within bioinformatics, but the central theme remains the same: using computational methods to extract meaningful biological insight from complex data.I am particularly interested in systems biology, microbial genomics, algorithm development for biological data, and interdisciplinary research at the interface of biology and computation.Also I love to collaborate in research with any likely minded people. Am looking forward to work with your interesting ideas.Apart from these am a sports person who loves volleyball, cricket, football and I watch F1 and MotoGP.
