   Spearheaded commissioning of new packaging formats across water, cold-fill, hot-fill, CSD, and aseptic Krones and Sidel bottling lines, driving operational excellence and product portfolio expansion.Qualified and executed commissioning of new raw materials with PET/HDPE resins, additives, colorants, oxygen scavengers, roll-fed and shrink-sleeve label films, shrink film, stretch wrap, and corrugated and carton packaging.Led product development initiatives from concept to implementation, managing CAPEX investments, building detailed BOMs, and executing ECRs to ensure seamless market launches.Collaborated with suppliers to define raw material specifications, develop new materials, and integrate packaging solutions into manufacturing processes.Developed and reviewed detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for primary and secondary packaging elements, ensuring accuracy in bottles designs, dielines, artwork printing pre-press, labels, corrugate, pallet pattern configurations, and truck payloads.
