Currently I am a Talent & Culture Coordinator In all positions that I have had, I have proven great loyalty, initiative and have excelled in all areas as I strive for perfection. In my current role I have been working with ATS and job board integrations, Monitoring and coaching company turnover, creating and implementing culture and employee engagement initiatives and systems. Supporting employees in the field as well as ensuring our processes are compliant.I have excellent multi tasking and critical thinking skills. I have always been able to master new skills utilizing my leadership and communication skills as well as my abilities to work well with others.
