I am a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, where I received scholarships and certificates for my outstanding academic performance. I have a passion for creativity and innovation, especially in the beauty industry, where I apply my skills and knowledge to develop and implement new products and processes that enhance the quality, cost, and sustainability of the materials and technologies used.Since July 2023, I have been working at Unilever as Innovation and Procurement Lead for the Lakme brand, overseeing the end-to-end innovation pipeline and collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners. Prior to joining Unilever, I have been working at L\'Oréal since December 2018, holding various roles in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement. Currently, I am the Manufacturing Lead and Assistant Manager, managing the production, planning, and logistics of various cosmetic products, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. I also contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing operations and the supply chain performance, leveraging my expertise in supply chain management, process improvement, and procurement planning. In addition, I have been recognized as the Youth Voice winner at L\'Oréal India for my innovative ideas and solutions. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to make a positive impact in the beauty industry, by creating products and processes that are efficient, effective, and ethical.
