I\'m currently a Research Technician at Duke University School of Medicine, advancing my expertise after completing my M.S. in BME at Duke.Enthusiastically pursuing a career in biomedical engineering, I am deeply committed to advancing translational medicine. I am passionate about developing engineering solutions to biomedical problems through the integration of tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, as well as drug delivery and gene/cell therapy.My experiences, ranging from research in stem cell cycle regulation and tissue engineered blood vessels, to CAR-T immunoengineering, provided me with a strong technical foundation and proven my ability to adapt to new challenges. These roles solidified my passion for R&D and taught me how to contribute effectively within a collaborative team.I thrive in team-oriented environments. Atantares Corporation is a start-up biotechnological company focusing on developing a third-generation sequencing technology intended to reduce the cost of long-strand DNA synthesis. The company applies semiconductor technology to synthetic biology; uses silicon chips and microfluidics to develop a new generation of DNA synthesis technology.Role as a PR Consultant / Intern:• Develop and implement procedures for overall public relations effort in cooperation with marketing and engineering teams;• Brainstorm, engage, and exchange PR development ideas with Founders, Co-founders, and Investors with academic backgrounds from MIT, UCB, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc.• Prepare and assist with producing relevant biotechnology research, industry events, fact sheets and expert interviews to media outlets to promote semiconductor technology to investors & stakeholders (eg: WeChat official account).
