   Serve as a Census Bureau’s Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) subject matter expert and project manager for all FACA-related administrative processes and policies with knowledge of a wide variety of concepts, principles and practices related to the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Manage the Census Bureau’s National Advisory Committee on Racial, Ethnic and Other Populations and the Census Scientific Advisory Committee established under the authority of the Secretary of Commerce, providing direct advice to the Census Bureau Director. Lead advisory, analytical support and review processes using metrics to ensure advisory committee activities comply with FACA, Open Government and GSA Federal Travel Regulations guidance, policies, regulations, performance measures and standards to encourage compliance the effective and efficient use of committee resources. Use qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and conduct studies and projects, assess and improve program effectiveness as it relates to communication strategies and initiatives.
