Food scientist who cares about making products people actually want to buy.I have my MS in Food Science & Technology, and my research focused on developing functional beverages from alternative kombucha substrates. The technical work was interesting, but what really got me excited was the sensory and consumer testing—understanding not just how a new product is developed, but whether people like it.My path here wasn\'t typical. I previously worked as a Meta Marketing Pro, supporting businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa with Facebook and Instagram strategies. Working in marketing taught me that consumer behavior is everything, and data helps you understand it. I think about product development the same way now.Looking for opportunities in product development, sensory science, or consumer research where the consumer\'s voice actually matters in the process.
