I worked as an engineer, project manager, operations leader, technical director, and sales manager. My background includes pipeline integrity management, in-line inspection (ILI), regulatory compliance, facility design, construction, operations, and business development. I’ve managed multidisciplinary teams, led complex projects, and mentored both technical and non-technical professionals. I am a licensed Professional Engineer (retired) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).The foundation of my career—both as an engineer and now as a recruiter—has been guided by one principle: helping others succeed. I was given Zig Ziglar’s See You at the Top at age 17, and while I didn’t fully grasp it then, his message stuck with me. Over time, I’ve come to understand that when you put others first—helping a colleague grow, guiding a team, or matching the right person with the right opportunity—you create real, lasting impact.
