ABOUT ANDRÉ KLAUBERG

We want to impact the Organization by engaging our teams in highly relevant Projects that will energize them towards Operational Excellence. In my current role, I seek and foster Operational Efficiency Projects for all EMEA Plants. I promote the Lean Thinking and encourage Team Work by sharing Operational Best Practices among EMEA Munters sites in Tobo (Sweden), Cork (Ireland), Hrusky/Hodonin (Czech), Hortsmar/Aachen (Germany), Chiusavecchia/Pieve di Teco (Italy) and Tel Aviv (Israel) I was the former Munter´s Americas Lean manager supporting the plants: Selma/TX, Buena Vista/VA, Amesbury/MA, Lansing/ MI, Forth Meyers/FL, Monterrey/MX and Araucária/BR. I have experienced Lean both in mass production and small batch ETO environments. I have dealt with small and heavy duty, simple and complex products. More than 20 years of field experience in WCM and Lean Six Sigma Methods. I also have 10 years in International Projects leading up to 30 engineers and technicians in Europe, China and Americas. Previous contributions: R&D team for Large Project development and implementation at worldwide branches with senior experience in Slovakia, Mexico, China, and Brazil. I worked in early product ideation and coordinated insourced process design and process implementation. As previous professional achievements I highlight: • Coordinate complex multi expertises manufacturing process implementation for new products at China Plant (2018 and 2019) • High Precision Machining Process technology research and Development in Innovation center (2018 and 2019). They were complete solution developments from suppliers prospection, prototyping, solution optimization and mass production implementation. • Support several product ideations in traditional Waterfall and Agile approaches as Manufacturing Sr. Process specialist for Embraco branches (2016 and 2017) • Manufacturing Process Development and Implementation at Slovakia plant for a new product launching (2014 to 2016); • Lead machining transfer line retrofitting execution at Slovakia plant (2015). The multifunctional team was composed of Brazilians and Slovakians; • Machining Process certifications at Mexico plant (2013) • Developing, optimizing and troubleshooting manufacturing process aided by Lean Six Sigma tools since 2002; • I ´ve traveled to more than 30 countries in North and South America, Europe and Asia. I enjoy to work different cultural backgrounds and I´m available to move abroad. • I combine technical and Management skills, with a self driven profile, fast learning curve and Project Implementation resilience.
