Diverse background includes career highlights in skilled trades (Oxy, Mig and Tig welding), road construction (driving tri-axle, Bobcats & Bo-mag rollers) and the newspaper and Hotel industries while attending College. Spent two years in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State before transferring to Robert Morris and changing majors to Human Resources and Accounting dual degree. After College embraced construction/engineering & public accounting as my initial skill set however as life would have it during a downsizing found myself at a agency seeking employment only to explore my dual degree in Human Resources. Offered an opportunity as a staffing consultant recruiting for local firms like: AT & T, Mellon and various manufacturing firms in Pittsburgh, PA placing accountants. Agency sold and elected to return to my roots in accounting with Sony as a start-up team member and promoted to Human Resources. As my knowledge grew worked into a generalist role and HRIS implementation specialist at the seventh largest Club in the U.S. and worked as the acting V.P. of HR for nine months. For life/balance reasons located a position within a short commute to gain global recruitment opportunity expertise with an exemplary organization specializing in the rotating equipment / turbomachinery.
