From hands-on support in IT environments to becoming a certified AI professional, my journey has been driven by a deep passion for technology and continuous learning. With over five years in 1st and 2nd line support roles, I developed a solid technical foundation and problem-solving mindset that I later built upon through a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence Technology (Distinction). Today, I specialise in machine learning workflows, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with practical experience using tools like LangChain and Python.
