Working in Huawei South Africa.Iam working as Roll out Manager for Microwave Transmission for MTN Operator in Durban & Capetown.•Manage rollout teams for new sites equipment installation & overall project management in the region.•End to End deployment of Huawei MW equipment installation on MTN network sites•Planning for MW survey for new roll out sites •Execution of survey plan with supplier team & monitoring on e-survey ISDP.•LOS finalization of new rollout site and finalizing MW survey design for new deployment links. •Follow up with internal teams for Mast permission, site access and site readiness for build plan•DU site creation, PO issuance and Material plan for hardware installation•Coordination with supplier for installation along with technical teams•ATN cutover plan for fiber ready sites and transmission shifting from MW to fiber•Sites recovery plan and material dismantling after go ahead for MTN•Weekly meeting with customer for sites progress and issue related discussion •Coordination with Open Serve for Permanent MW link installation •Sites readiness for quality and QC plan monitoring using smart QC.•Final sites acceptance plan with customer for sites handover
