I\'ve held investment licenses. I\'ve been instrumental in end of month, quarter, and year closing processes. I\'ve developed strategic plans for new market growth; both through product adaptations to new market segments and physical expansion to new markets.    As the first FP & A hire, I\'ve been tasked with building out the team, systems, and function. I work with the CFO and executive leadership to quantify and track where the company is going. I build and report monthly results in decks sent to Sunstone Partners and KKR, manage the growth and development of the FP & A team, and update board meeting decks for the Executive, Finance, and Operations teams. I\'ve built models to help increase forecast accuracy, track consultant and project time, and describe profitability variance. I file monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual state and provincial taxes, and generally wear any hats needed to help keep the small finance team running. Systems used include Financialforce, Netsuite, Domo, Adaptive, and Salesforce.
