With over 20 years of experience in the field of energy efficient building and sustainability, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for the built environment. As the Head & DGM of Buildings and Factories at L&T Construction, I oversee the building energy consultancy, environment rating consultancy, new research initiatives, and CSR activities for one of the largest and most respected construction companies in India. My core competencies include sustainable energy, water, and energy efficiency, as well as thermal comfort analysis, green building design, and energy performance assessment. I have successfully led and executed multiple projects across various sectors, such as residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional, achieving significant energy savings, environmental benefits, and customer satisfaction. I also have a strong track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, architects, consultants, clients, and regulators, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
