ABOUT DUANE ADAIR

Duane Adair is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Adair’s career began as a field landman for Exxon (Carter Coal Co.) in West Virginia followed by several years as a staff landman for Texas Oil & Gas Corp.(TXO) in Okla City. In 1976 Mr. Adair transferred to Denver, Colorado as the Land Manager for the TXO’s Rocky Mountain District. In 1979 Duane was transferred by TXO, as Land Manager, to open a new District Land Office for TXO’s exploration efforts in North Dakota and Montana. In 1981 Mr. Adair returned to Okla City as the District Land Manager for Lear Petroleum’s Mid Continent District. During his corporate career Mr. Adair’s responsibilities included managing major land departments, management of and participation in numerous major lease acquisition projects including supervision of legal matters, developing strategies for acreage development as well as providing governmental and regulatory support within oil and gas basins of Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Montana and North Dakota. In 1984 Mr. Adair established an oil and gas lease brokerage company in Edmond, Okla, as an independent land consulting company with a staff of in-house and contract land men handling all phases of land acquisition and development for major oil and gas companies thru out the continental U.S. This continues today as Energy Land Consultants, Inc. under the management and direction of Mr. Adair has completed the (OCU) Oklahoma City University\'s \"School of Petroleum Land Management\" with additional training at (MIT) Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ms. Adair is well suited for the continuing management of Energy Land Consultants, Inc, as a full-service oil and gas lease brokerage company.
