The South Texas 250 Acre+/- Union Pacific Railroad facility is now completed with 800 railcar storage spots onsite.• The facility has also completed a new bulkhead capable of moving a variety of commodities, iron, steel, chemicals, plastics, aluminum, machinery, vehicles, beverages, spirits, electronic equipment, furniture, lighting signs, prefabricated buildings, optical, photo, technical, medical apparatus, agriculture products & more • Three (3) Rail Routes to Mexico: Eagle Pass, Laredo & Brownsville• The new rail facility will allow for liquid & bulk products to move with a new modality • Initial rail customers will be able to store empty hopper railcars • Barge to Rail can now start immediately | 12 ft Draft | Space for 2 side by side bbl barges• Room to build up to approximately 5 Million Barrels of Fuel Storage • No port authority fees• No wharfage fees• No environmental liabilities• Multi-modal, Multi-commodity
