About Erlend Kimmich
With over 30 years of new construction and remodeling design and building experience I understand buildings from the foundation on up. In the last years my focus has been on energy conservation and lowering operating costs in buildings. Our energy efficiency industry keeps improving the services we bring to customers increasing comfort while at the same time cutting utility bills. Technologies and materials continue to be developed to further our diagnostic and installation strategies.Our buildings contribute about 40% to the greenhouse gas emissions in the US. Reducing demand through greater efficiencies is a key factor on our road to a more sustainable city. The government and utility companies agree that this is important and offer a variety of incentives to help defray related costs.I am looking forward to collaborate and partner with new customers and old friends.
