ABOUT ENDA COUGHLAN
Enda is an experienced landscape architect having worked within various sectors of the industry for almost 17 years. His specialties lie primarily within the Development and Regeneration sector, encompassing a variety of projects from large scale urban extension sand industrial developments to small scale housing sites and other developments.Enda’s area of expertise includes Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and Environmental Statements. Enda has many years of experience in writing LVIAs and EIAs for a range of developments including wind farms, biomass power plants, residential schemes, sustainable urban extensions, energy storage and flood alleviation schemes.Enda’s understanding of strategic environmental planning and design enables him to apply a landscape-led approach to masterplanning. His work at a variety of landscape practices on schemes varying in scale and complexity have involved in depth site and contextual analysis, providing solutions to complex environmental and planning issues.Over the past 6 years Enda has built up a strong relationship with various clients among residential development and planning as well as with other consultants in a variety of sectors on the way to becoming an Associate Landscape Architect. Through this Enda has begun to attract a demonstrable stream of income into the company by bringing in new work from existing and new clients.
