RECENT & NOTABLE PROJECTS• Data Science Transformation. Identified need for data science and analysis to consume Nexthink data. Created business cases to assimilate into the road plan. Hired and directed a small data science team to start the program for a large global health care company.• Data Lake & Data Warehouse Architect. Leveraged data from Nexthink, ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, and others to build a data lake repository using Databricks, then created a data warehouse in Snowflake using SQL to generate meaningful outputs.• BCP Architecture Remediation. Discovered gaps in a large North American manufacturing customer’s resilience strategy. Designed a solution, starting off with workshops along with vendors like Dell to expand knowledge and agreements with the stakeholders. Established the need for an offsite, Air Gap solution and helped them figure out their priorities. Provided solution for Ransomware.• Application Portfolio Rationalization. Lead a mixed team of global project managers and architects to remediate applications for new OS. Reduced the portfolio to included quality assurance, pre-release, and production release for Morgan Stanley.• Cloud Transformation. Architected & supervised a multi-year project to transition from SAP on-premises to SAP HANA Cloud.• Hybrid Cloud Migration. Converted two companies from data center based Mainframe to MFaaS in AWS and legacy on-prem.• Setup an AWS and Azure testing ground for client’s use. Established IaaS and PaaS opportunities to pilot. Architected and implemented secure network, storage, and access in AWS. Implemented the procedure for change management within the cloud. Cleaned up existing model for IAM in Azure in preparation for M365.
