With over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a passionate and innovative product leader who strives to deliver customer-centric solutions that create value and impact. I have a strong background in agile leadership, product management, and software as a service, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am currently the Director of Product Management for Bandwidth Insights at Bandwidth, a leading provider of cloud communications services.In my current role, I engage with customers and leverage customer-informed metrics to develop insights products that help them optimize their communications and messaging strategies. I lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts, and I collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align our product vision and roadmap with the company\'s goals and values. Some of the skills that I use daily include product requirements, performance metrics, user research, data analysis, and stakeholder management. I am proud of the products that we have launched and the feedback that we have received from our customers.
