About Enakshee Baral
A wildly curious and optimistic individual who is always up for exploring and learning new things. My professional stint started with LOWE’S on Lowe’s consumer application(LCA) and Enterprise Application called PRODUCTS. I lead the UI automation, worked on several features, developed JUnit test cases, suggested, and implemented additional features. I made sure we deliver everything right and on time. I participated actively with the business team to discuss user requirements, UX designs, lead the Scrum ceremonies, suggested ideas to increase team engagement and coordination.I was keen to know about the process that happens before a developer receives the deliverables that’s when I realized I needed an upskill. Soon I decided to pursue a career in Program and Project Management at the University of Michigan. I have worked as a Graduate Student Instructor and Teaching Assistant under Dr. Roger Klungle during my tenure at UofM. I also interned at MAGNA Electronics as a Program Management Intern. It was not an easy transition from Software to an Automotive background but I never stopped questioning. I worked under multiple bosses and managed my work really well. I gained practical knowledge and responsibilities of a Program Manager. Currently, I am working for a fascinating firm called Quick Release_ and equipping myself with the skillset of Product Data Management.
