I’m a life sciences R&D/NPD and innovation specialist with 20+ years of experience helping companies across the healthcare ecosystem bring science-based products to market. My expertise spans pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, topical medical devices, OTC products, and excipient technologies — with a focus on turning technical innovation into commercial success.With a PhD in Industrial Pharmaceutics and an MBA (Warwick), I bring a unique blend of scientific depth and commercial nous. I’ve led the development and delivery of high-performance solutions across B2B and B2C environments, where I collaborated with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to conceptualise products, de-risk scale-up, and accelerate go-to-market plans.In my current role, I oversee innovation and technical development across the EMEA region, supporting partners with formulation, new product development, and technical-commercial strategy across pharma, nutra and topical medical device spaces.
