I have devoted my career to aiding businesses and individuals in pursuit of solutions, taking pride in my involvement in roles centered around people, always aiming to make a meaningful difference. Motivated by my own experiences, I possess a deep-seated desire to positively influence the lives of those with care experience. having lived through care myself, I recognize the vital need for support and guidance, and for someone to believe in your potential to excel and to belong. Become is the sole national charity supporting young people in care and those with care experience up to the age of 27. The support and advocacy they offer to a community that is often overlooked, underrepresented, and sometimes misunderstood are crucial for these young people to lead the lives they truly deserve, because EVERYONE is entitled to the chance to live a happy and fulfilling life. I am immensely thankful for the chance to leverage my experience, passion, and enthusiasm to further develop our Corporate Partnerships. This not only aids Become in continuing their outstanding work but also adds instrumental value to the companies we partner with, helping them to fulfill their social value aspirations and enhance employee wellbeing and engagement.
