Definition of Quality Requirements for eVTOL suppliers- Define, implement and improve the internal processes for the Supply Chain Quality organization - Prepare required documentation regarding supplier quality management in accordance with AS/EN9100, EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 21J - Pre-evaluation in the supplier selection process - Conduct Risk Based Assessment for new suppliers and define further actions- Perform QMS, Product and Process Audits according to relevant aviation/authority requirements (AS/EN9100, EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 21J)- Management of Approved Supplier List - Arrange workshops and familiarize different functions (engineering, procurement, manufacturing etc.) regarding the supplier quality requirements - Participate Source inspection / Acceptance Tests activities - Establish the digital quality tools for effective management (ASL/IGI/ERP Integration)- Support the internal compliance audits for DOA - Prepare Annual Supplier Audit Plan and support Supplier Quality Dashboard activities
