Support hiring managers to recruit the right people at the right time according to our business needs and ensure they receive a positive candidate experience​.2. Ensure the recruitment process in your country complies with the law, including data protection regulations and training others when needed.3. Enhance the recruitment process to meet KPIs, ensure compliance with local regulations, and align with the organization’s I&D policy.4. Organise & run assessment centres for sales advisors in key cities, partnering with hiring managers to secure an efficient process.5. Share feedback with the area team on the quality of recruitment process when needed.8. Partner with hiring managers/HR to ensure new starters are onboarded in the best way.9. Work with H&M Group HR colleagues within the region to stay informed, and build successful collaborations with regards to labour market insights, salary and benefits, as well as changes in employee relations/legal requirements.10. Manage a professional end to end recruitment processes for store sales advisor roles within your organisation, ensuring candidates receive quality feedback and the best possible experience​.
