I’m responsible for managing all aspects of margin performance, with a focus on driving profitable sales growth through effective, data-driven margin strategies.I work closely with Area Staff and Local Sales leadership to identify opportunities that enhance both revenue and profitability. By providing margin-focused guidance across key business routines, I help ensure our pricing decisions support broader business objectives.In this role, I also manage and develop a team of direct and indirect reports, and I take pride in serving as the primary coach and subject matter expert on pricing and margin for our sales team and Area leadership.
