Following the transfer from HEE, working within NHS England\'s Workforce Training and Education Directorate. A Senior Leader of the South East Schools\' of Public Health focusing on leadership, workforce development and transformation of public health and wider health and care workforces in the South East region. Responsible for setting the strategic direction for public health workforce development. Lead and develop innovative approaches to building workforce capacity and capability to improving health and addressing inequalities.Key Achievements:1. Development and oversight of the Wessex Making Every Contact Counts (MECC) programme for delivery at scale. An evidence based programme recognised nationally.2. Development and oversight of a high quality Public Health Practitioner Development Scheme, supporting the highest number of registered Public Health Practitioners, nationally.3. Development of the NoObesity App and collaborated with academics to evaluate feasibility and impact in addressing childhood obesity.4. Development of the Behaviour Change Development Framework (BCDF), national tool to support workforce development.5. Led on the development and establishment of the Kent Surrey Sussex School of Public Health.6. Development of an innovative Public Health Social Mobility project to support diversification of the public health workforce.7. Development of a workforce development programme to support the homelessness agenda.
