ABOUT EMRAH IŞIK

A highly skilled project manager with experience in product management, e-commerce project management, technical product development, digital product ownership and content management, with a passion for building strong relationships, productive, efficient teams and using clear communication to ensure all team members can perform to their best ability and strive together for the success of the project. Now with more than a decade in project management, skilled in using common Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban and Lean to coordinate business units and technical teams. In my role completing business processes on time is a key metric for success, however this can often be challenged by the number of project stakeholders and varying priorities between business units and technical teams. This is where my skills as a negotiator and highly skilled communicator come in. Working with each team to determine the demand priorities, manage processes more efficiently, manage the backlog and to achieve a successful and timely delivery.
