Benny M. Burrell is a highly accomplished professional with a unique blend of experience in insurance production, sales, and law enforcement. As a former professional sales and leasing consultant at Ramey Auto Group, he was known for his exceptional style, earning him the nickname \"The Tie Guy in The Tie\". Prior to his career in the auto industry, he had a distinguished career spanning over 30 years as a law enforcement officer. He is also a published author, having written the book Justified Silence. Benny\'s commitment to community service has earned him recognition from several civic organizations, including The American Legion, Ruritans Club, N.A.A.C.P, National Residence Hall Honorary, and Virginia High School League, which have honored him for his invaluable service to the community and award of excellence. He successfully secured and managed several school resource officer grants and played a key role in implementing the Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) grant, which united 13 agencies on Virginia’s Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. Benny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Bluefield University and a Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in leadership from Strayer University. His professional focus is on management and leadership consulting. He also serves as a minister with Empowerment Place Ministries, alongside his wife Valerie A. Burrell
