I have a saying \"EVOLVE OR DIE\". It\'s been my story for most of my professional life. The world is in a constant state of change. After spending over a decade on Fashion Ave, I was recruited into the Financial Services industry by the Prudential Insurance Company in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. I quickly learned how to market life insurance and investment products. Six months later, I escaped the snow and ice of NY winters, and transferred to West Palm Beach, FL.Prudential launched their first Group Health Insurance plan called PruCare Plus. It allowed me to work with small and midsize business owners and executives. My passion is helping companies grow and succeed. Unfortunately, my contract would only allow my to sell Prudential Insurance products, I started my own insurance agency after 5 years with Prudential, and never looked back.With the freedom to contract with any company, I was able to provide my clients with the best insurance and financial programs for their needs. Over the years, health insurance and major medical coverage became more and more expensive. The only way to reduce the cost was to reduce coverage. I had to find a better way to serve my clients. and I did. In the 1990\'s, a new industry called Employee Leasing was forming. I found that some of these firms were able to save my clients thousands of dollars and offer better coverage to their employees by pooling resources from hundreds and eventually thousands of small businesses. We started one of the 1st PEO brokerages in the country, representing 5, 10, and eventually over 25 of the industry\'s leading firms. Employers Rx LLC was founded over 20 years ago, serving hundreds of small and mid size companies in almost every industry, most states, and around the globe.
