Responsible for underwriting of working capital limits includes inventory funding, supply chain finance, Invoice bill discounting, WCTL and Term loan, CCD/NCD for TML dealers and vendors. Review, approve and recommending credit proposals and ensure proposals are within underlying credit norms/policy and obtaining required approval from relevant authority. Meeting/interacting with TML dealerships and vendors on-going basis to understand the business and financial performance. Ensure all the proposals logged in with credit team to be actioned within agreed timelines. Supervising and monitoring credit team for their performance and ensure their KPAs are met, thereby achieving regional targets. Monitoring covenants/deferrals at regular intervals and ensure timely adherence. Responsible in controlling the overdue accounts and recover the dues with help of business team and TML officials. Handling various functional activities include legal, MIS reporting, documentation, Internal audit (Self-assessment for PAN India accounts) and RCU.
