In 1953, my grandparents Hy and Elsie Shumsky started a promotional products company in Dayton with a handshake and a vision. 70 years later, I\'m leading the third generation of that vision—now as Boost Engagement, a global leader in brand engagement and employee engagement solutions with hundreds of satisfied long term client partners around the globe.
