I\'m a researcher and policy strategist focused on economic justice and community power-building, currently at Frontline Solutions. My team\'s research was cited by Bay Area Legal Aid and Oakland’s Police Oversight Commission- Designing a $2 million community heat resilience program to advance investments in people-centered climate resilience, rather than solely property-centered resilience- Identifying innovative approaches to government equity data-sharing to support the establishment of Equity NYC, the first city-wide equity office.

In this role, I specialize in qualitative research methods and applying research findings to funder and movement strategy- Leading a 10-person team through program design, implementation, and evaluation for a $1 million pilot on community-led extreme heat resilience in Boston. Managing multi-disciplinary partners to create facilitation and evaluation support for 20 program participants representing local government and community-based groups- Designed a NYC foundation\'s learning effort to assess its grantmaking to over 30 survivors of incarceration to advance investment in survivor-led interventions and organizations- Created a measurement and learning framework that connects a global climate foundation\'s diverse climate resilience programs (clean cooling, land use, climate finance) to foundational climate justice goals.
